What is Snapizzi
Snapizzi is a software solution designed specifically for photographers who handle high volumes of work, such as school and sports photographers. Its primary objective is to automate their workflow and enhance the efficiency of the entire process.
By utilizing Snapizzi, photographers can significantly reduce the amount of time and effort required. One of the key benefits of Snapizzi is its automatic photo matching capability. This is particularly valuable in school photography, where photographers need to capture photos of numerous students. Snapizzi employs QR codes to match the photos with the corresponding students, eliminating the need for manual matching and reducing the likelihood of errors.
In addition to streamlining the workflow, Snapizzi also offers integrations that enhance the overall customer experience. For instance, photographers can send their projects to their Zenfolio account, creating online galleries for their clients. This allows clients to conveniently access their photos and enables photographers to showcase their work and promote their services.

Handling Projects In Zenfolio
In this support article, we will discuss what happens after you've transferred your projects to your Zenfolio account. For more detailed information on how to get started with Snapizzi, connecting your Zenfolio account, and create projects for transferring, please reach out to the Snapizzi support team at success@snapizzi.com or visit their Knowledge Base at help.snapizzi.com.
To ensure Snapizzi functions correctly, do not modify, move, or delete any Snapizzi Project content in your Zenfolio account. Changes made externally won't sync with Snapizzi and can disrupt its operation. Always manage your projects directly through your Snapizzi account, unless advised otherwise.
Locating Projects in Zenfolio
Once you have created your project and uploaded your photos to it through Snapizzi, you will discover a dedicated Group in your Zenfolio account for that particular project and the photos you have included.
- In you Zenfolio account, go to the Photos page area.
- In the Organizer column on the left-hand side, scroll down until you locate the Group with the same name as the project you created in Snapizzi.
- Within this project's Group there will be an Inbox Gallery, which will contain all of the images that you've uploaded to Snapizzi.
- There will also be another Group with the same name as the project. This Group will contain Collections for each individual subject that is part of the overall project. For example, if you've set up a project for a school where each student was photographed, each student will have their own Collection.
It is worth mentioning that the parent Group, which contains the project, as well as the main inbox Gallery that includes all the images, are both set to Private. However, the individual project Group within the parent Group will be set to Public. This is done so that you can share this out and clients can easily locate and access their photos.
Assigning a Price List to Projects in Zenfolio
Once you have uploaded your content to your Zenfolio account, you may wish to associate a price list with the content. This will allow clients who view these images to make purchases of the products you are offering. If you have not yet created a price list, you will need to do so before proceeding. This support article will provide further details about creating Price Lists.
- With your Price List created, go to the Photos page area of your Zenfolio account.
- Select the project's parent Group in the Organizer column, on the left-hand side.
- With the this Group selected and open on your screen, click on the Price List button.
- In the pop-up that appears, select Allow ordering from my price list.
- Then select the Price List you want to use.
- Click Save.
Once the Price List is chosen and added to the main parent Group of the Project, it will be automatically applied to the Inbox Gallery. The Inbox Gallery will determine whether the images visible to clients have options for purchasing or not.
