When an account is closed, the site is taking offline. The account and its contents are then placed into a queue for permanent deletion.
While the account is in the deletion queue, Zenfolio can sometimes recover the account and make it active again.
If your account has recently been closed and you would like to re-open your account, we may be able to recover the account. In this case, please contact Zenfolio Support as soon as possible as there is only a limited amount of time available to recover closed accounts.

When sending the message, make sure to enter the email address linked to the account. This will help us find the account in the system and it also allows us to verify account ownership.
