What are my Service Fees?

This is for Pro and Advanced plan subscribers.


When selling through your site using a custom Price List, where profit is being earned, a Commerce Fee and Payment Processing fee will be charged on each sale.

You can find the specific percentages for the fees for which you are charged by following these steps.

1. Click on your account username in the top right corner.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Account in that menu.
3. Go to Selling using the menu on the left.
4. Go to Service Fees.
5. The service fees will be displayed in the main window. Use the currency drop down menu to see the service fee amounts charged in different currencies.

The service fee amount charged for selling pre-order packages is the same as the service fee for Products fulfilled by Zenfolio Partners.

The Commerce Fee is also displayed in the Price Lists. This allows the photographer to set the price of the product accordingly with the Commerce Fee in mind.

Please Note: The fee amount shown within the Price List is only the Commerce Fee charged by Zenfolio. This Commerce Fee amount does not include the Payment Processing Fee which will be calculated on the order total, including cost of shipping and sales tax.
