By default, your Display Name is used as the copyright for all pages on your website, this includes the home page, built in pages, gallery thumbnails pages and photo page.
For images that have their own copyright data embedded into their copyright IPTC data, or has had copyright data added to its description, the embedded copyright data will be displayed instead of the Display Name or the default Page Copyright.
You can choose to change the default page copyright through the public profile. Be sure to include the © symbol if you would like it to appear.
You can change your page Copyright at any time by accessing it from the Dashboard.
- In your account, hover your mouse over your user name. A dropdown will appear.
- Click on Account from the dropdown. The Account Information page will open
- On the left side of the Account Information page, click Display Name and Copyright.
- Mark the circle for Custom Copyright. and enter the desired copyright into the field provided.
Be sure to include the © symbol if you would like it to appear in the copyright. - Click Save to apply your changes.
It is recommended that the copyright be kept short as to allow it to fit better on your pages.
