At Zenfolio, you have the opportunity to work with a site that is already built and ready to be customized to suit your particular needs. We have a great Help Center with hundreds of illustrated articles and video tutorials.
We can also answer any questions that you have about customizing your site through email support 365 days a year. Just send us a message through our contact page.

Please note that, while all request for new features are taken into careful consideration, we cannot guarantee that all request will be integrated.
What happens when my account closes?
Once the account closes, the site is taken offline. All images, videos, and site settings are added to a queue for permanent deletion.
If your account has been closed and you would like to re-open it, please send us a message through our contact page with your request. We only have a limited amount of time to recover closed accounts so please send us your request as soon as possible.
What are your hours for support?
We are available to answer your questions by email, around the clock, 365 days a year, and do our best to respond to all emails as quickly as possible. However, our response time may vary depending on the overall volume of inquiries at any given time.
Also for photographers with the Pro and Advanced plans, chat support is available Monday through Thursday (6am to 5pm Pacific Time). Outside of these chat support hours, any questions submitted through the chat system will be sent as an email message. Please note that Facebook Messages may be handled in accordance to our chat support availability.
And exclusively for Advanced plan subscribers, Phone Support is available from Monday to Thursday (10AM to 3PM Pacific Time). For those with the Advanced plan, please visit our Contact page to schedule a Phone Support callback time that works best for you. A support agent will be assigned and you will receive a call at the scheduled time.
How do I access the chat support?
The chat support feature is available to our Pro and Advanced plan subscribers and can be accessed by logging into your account and clicking on the chat support link in the bottom right-hand corner of your account pages. If you do not see the chat support option, you may not be subscribed to an applicable plan level. Please also check to make sure that there are no browser plugins that might be preventing the chat support icon from appearing.
Where are you located?
Our main office is located in the heart of Silicon Valley, near San Francisco CA. We also have an office in North Carolina as well as satellite offices in other parts of the East Coast.
We have a network of servers all over the globe.
Do you have phone support?
Phone support is available exclusively for Advanced account subscribers. For photographers with that plan, Phone Support is available from Monday through Thursday 10AM to 3PM Pacific time.
Advanced plan subscribers can schedule a call-back time through our contact page to speak with someone over the phone.
*Please note that Zenfolio does not offer a public facing phone number to call for support. Our Phone Support is offered on a scheduled call-back system. If you've located a phone number online, and try contacting that number, you will be directed to other forms of support.
For Zenfolio subscribers with other plans, we are happy to answer questions by email (around the clock, 365 days/year). In many cases, we are able to reply to emails within an hour.
