Downloading Self-fulfilled Orders

Note: This feature is exclusive to Advanced plan subscribers.

You can download the details of your orders containing Self-fulfilled Products  from the Pending Orders page and the Order Details page. The self-fulfilled order details can include all order photos and videos. The order details will be downloaded as a .zip file that contains two CSV files.

The CSV files will be named by the order number, followed by "products" and "receipt." They will containing all the product and photo information, including cropping coordinates.

Newly placed Self Fulfilled Orders can be found in your Pending Orders List.

1. Go to Selling.
2. Go to Pending Orders.
3. A list of Pending Orders and Self Fulfilled Orders will be displayed.

Downloading Self-Fulfilled Order Details From Pending Orders

1. Click on the Download icon to the right of the order. A popup window will appear.
2. Check or leave unchecked the option to Include all order photos and videos in the download.
3. Click Download.
4. Select Save File when the download prompt window appears.

A .zip file will be downloaded to your computer. Please check your computer's settings to determine the download location of the file.

Downloading Self-Fulfilled Order Details From Pending Order Details

From the Pending Order Details, the additional option to download the original files or the cropped versions is provided.​

1. From the Pending Orders page, click on the order number of Self fulfilled Order you would like to download. The Order Details window will open.
2. Click on the Download Order from the top menu. A popup window will appear.
3. Check or leave unchecked the option to Include all order photos and videos in the download.
4. If checked, you may also select the radial button for applying or not applying cropping.
5. Click Download.
6. Select Save File when the download prompt window appears.

NOTE: once the self-fulfilled order has been Accepted the cropping will be fixed. So be sure to make any cropping changes before the order is Accepted and the details downloaded.



A .zip file will be downloaded to your computer. Please check your computer's settings to determine the download location of the file.
