If you're expecting emails from Zenfolio but have not received the emails, take these steps to determine why you're not receiving the emails.
Check Your Zenfolio Email Notification Settings
The first thing you should check is your Email Notifications setting to make sure that you have opted to receive email notifications.

Check Your Spam and Junk Email Folders
There are times when an email service or email client may confuse Zenfolio emails as spam. When this happens, emails from Zenfolio may be filtered to your spam or junk email folders. So if you are not seeing Zenfolio emails in your inbox, check your spam and junk email folders.
We also recommend checking your deleted items folder just in case your email service or email client deletes spam emails instead of moving them to a spam or junk folder.
Check with Your Email Service Provider
In some cases, the email service provider may put a hold on emails from Zenfolio or not deliver them to your email inbox at all.
You can verify if your email service provider is doing this by temporarily changing the email address listed with your account to a different email address. Make sure to use an email address from a different service (e.g., if you're using an AOL email address, use an email address with Gmail or Hotmail).
Then keep an eye on the email inbox of the alternative email service to see if you receive an email from Zenfolio when an event occurs in your site that normally warrants a new email notification. You can also try visiting your site's Contact Page and sending yourself a message through the page—and then checking to see if you receive an email about the new message.
If you receive the email as normal in your other email address inbox, then this indicates that the email service associated with your usual email address is not delivering Zenfolio emails to your inbox.
Add Zenfolio to a Safe Senders List
Depending on your email client, it might be a good idea to add the email address that Zenfolio uses to contact you to an email 'white list' or safe senders list. This lets your email system know that the message is coming from a trusted source.
