Sharing Groups, Galleries, and Collections

Every Group, Gallery, and Collection can be shared with individuals directly or through social networks utilizing the available sharing options. Additionally, Galleries and Collections include slideshows that are also shareable.

This guide outlines the procedure for sharing the link to an entire Group, Gallery, or Collection.

It is important to note that when a Group, Gallery, or Collection is shared, only the link to the Group, Gallery, or Collection is provided to the other service. This means that only the web address (URL) of the Group, Gallery, or Collection is sent to platforms such as Facebook or Twitter, or included in the email or text; no individual photos within the gallery are actually sent. Links to individual photos may also be shared.

Original Photos Page: Accessing the Sharing Options

1. Access the Photos section within your account.
2. Select the Group, Gallery, or Collection within the Organizer.
3. Navigate to Sharing and Client Access located in the Details Column on the right-hand side.
4. The direct link to the Group, Gallery, or Collection will be displayed. This link can be copied and pasted as required.
5. Additionally, the link to the Group, Gallery, or Collection may be shared using one of the provided Share Via tools.
6. To close this panel, click on Cancel.

Sharing the direct link to the Gallery or Collection Slideshow

Start by following the steps outlined above to access the Sharing and Client Access panel.

1. Navigate to the Share Slideshow tab.
2. The direct link to the slideshow will be displayed. This link can be copied and pasted as necessary.
3. ​The direct link to the Gallery or Collection slideshow may also be shared utilizing one of the provided Share Via tools available.
4. Click Cancel to close this panel.

In the event that you prefer to limit your visitors from sharing your work or posting your photographs on social media platforms, you have the option to disable sharing and hide the share buttons. This will allow you to maintain greater control over the presentation of your work.

New Photos Page: Accessing the Sharing Options via the Actions Menu

1. In your account, go to Photos.
2. Select the desired group, gallery or collection in the Organizer.
3. Go to Actions
4. Select Share from the dropdown menu that appears
5. The direct link to the group, gallery or collection is displayed. This can be copied and pasted as needed.
6. The link to the group, gallery or collection can also be shared using one of the built in Share Via tools provided.
7. Click Cancel to close this panel.

Sharing the direct link to the Gallery or Collection Slideshow

Start by using the steps listed above to open the Sharing and Client Access panel.

1. Go to the Share Slideshow tab
2. The direct link to the slideshow is displayed. This can be copied and pasted as needed.
3. ​The direct link to the gallery or collection slideshow can also be shared using one of the built in Share Via tools provided.
4. Click Cancel to close this panel.

Accessing the Sharing Options through the Access Settings

• Direct link
• Slideshow link
• Social

In the case that you do not want your visitors to share your work with other or post your photos on social media sites, you can disable sharing and hide the share buttons to maintain more control over how your work is viewed.
