Note: This feature is exclusive to Pro and Advanced account subscribers.
With Order Approval enabled it is highly recommended that you provide a delayed fulfillment message. This will display at the top of the order confirmation email that your customers receive after placing an order. This is a great place to set expectations of when orders will be reviewed and approved.
- In your account, hover your mouse pointer over your username
- Click on Account from the dropdown menu. The Account Information page will open.
- Click on Selling in the menu on the left
- Select Shopping Cart Messages.
- In the Delayed Fulfillment box you can enter a message.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
