When am I billed?
You will be billed at the end of each yearly or monthly term for subscription renewals (this varies based on the date that you initially subscribed). For example, if your initial monthly subscription happened on January 21, you would be billed for the next month on February 21, March 21, and so on.

How much will I be billed?
That depends on your subscription plan! You can see your plan and your renewal costs in the My Subscription page within your account.
Can I get an invoice or purchase order?
We do not provide invoices before an account's renewal. Rather, a renewal receipt containing details about your account can be found in your My Subscription page, specifically in the Account Statement section.
Can I see the receipt for my renewal?
Sure! The receipts for all previous renewals can be found in the Account Statement.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
We would really hate to see you go, but if you do need to cancel your subscription, you would do so HERE.
We are happy to provide a refund if you are within 30 days of signing up for or renewing your annual plan, but we may not issue a refund if you are over 30 days into your subscription or renewal. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for monthly plan cancellations.

Why was I charged a fee for storing RAW files?
We provide 2 Gigabytes of free RAW storage in your account, with the opportunity to store more for additional fees. The fees are only on a “per-usage” basis, and are billed monthly.
For all of our currently available plans, an unlimited amount of space is provided for storing image files in these formats only: JPEG, GIF, PNG, TIFF and video files. We classify any other type of file as RAW storage.

What is this charge on my credit card?
If there is a charge from Zenfolio on your credit card statement and you would like to know more about the charge, check out your Account Statement. All charges placed through the site will be displayed there.
What are all of the fees associated with my account?
Here is a full list of fees you may be charged:

The subscription fee associated with your plan

The Commerce Fees and Payment Processing fees for any products sold through your Zenfolio website

RAW storage fee (if over the 2GB provided in your plan)

$10 fee if requesting a payout by check as opposed to FREE Paypal or ACH transfer (with the exception of below)

A $25 fee for returned ACH transfers- only charged when incorrect information has been entered and the transfer is rejected by the bank
Why do I have a negative balance?
It’s possible to end up with a negative balance in your account when any charge is made to your account. Fees accrue until a threshold is passed or until the account renewal, after which the negative balance will be charged to the credit card on file.
The most common reasons for negative balances include:

Commerce fee charges when selling Self-Fulfilled products

When a client pays with a coupon or gift certificate, and their charge is less than the base cost of the vendor product purchased (essentially, you cover the difference)

When a pending order is edited to give the client a discount, prompting a charge to the account (to cover the difference)

Why do I have a positive balance?
A positive balance occurs after...

A profit is made because a client placed an order from your website (Great job!)

A referral bonus is provided because you told someone how awesome Zenfolio is, and they subscribed using your referral code (Thank you so much!)

Can I see a list of all charges in my account?
Absolutely. You can see a full list of all the charges to your account by reviewing your Account Statement.
Can clients be billed for their order?
Your clients are always charged for their orders at the time that the order is placed. It is not possible to send a bill or invoice to a client for an order that they have not yet placed. Rather, they are required to pay for their order during checkout.
The only exception to this is when you are selling Self-Fulfilled products and have chosen to collect payment off of your Zenfolio website (in person, or via check by mail, for example). In these cases, please note that the responsibility falls on you to ensure that you are paid for the orders placed on your website.
