You can export any of your photos to Flickr at any time. We highly recommend using a watermark to protect your photos when using this feature.
Please note that due to unannounced changes by Facebook, it is no longer possible to export photos from Zenfolio to Facebook.
Original Photos Page: Using the Photo Actions Menu to Export Multiple Photos
- In your account, go to Photos.
- In the Organizer, click to select the gallery containing the photograph you would like to export.
- Select the photos you want export from the Gallery.
Note: You can select multiple photos by holding down the Control key (Command key on a Mac) while highlighting photo thumbnails. You can also use the Select: All option at the bottom of the Gallery to quickly select all images in the Gallery.
- Click on Photo Actions. A drop-down menu will appear.
- Choose Export from a list of options. A pop-up window will open.
- Click to select Flickr. A pop-up window will open.
Using the Photo Menu to Export a Single Photo
- In your account, go to Photos.
- In the Organizer, click to select the gallery containing the photograph you would like to export.
- Hover over the photo you want to export and click on the dropdown button. A menu will appear.
- In the menu that appears, choose Export. A popup window will open
- Click to select Flickr. A pop-up window will open.
Continue exporting Photos to Flickr
- If you are not logged in to your Flickr account you will be prompted to do so before continuing
- Click to select the Flickr destination to which you would like the photos imported.
- Click to select the size you would like from the drop-down menu.
- Click to select if you would like the exported item(s) to be Public or Private from the drop-down menu.
Check the box next to Allow Friends or Allow Family if desired. - Click to select a Watermark from the drop-down menu if you would like to add one.
Note: The Watermark feature is available with the Pro and Advanced subscriptions only.
- Click Continue.
On the next page, check the box next to Send email to email address when upload is finished. Even when not selected, a notice will be displayed in the Dashboard when the export has been completed.
Click Export to start the Export process.
