The ability to create and edit Price Lists is limited to Pro and Advanced plan subscribers.
The products offered for sale through your site are controlled by the products that have been added to the Price Lists assigned to your galleries.
If there is a product that you do not want to offer for sale, you can disallow the ordering of the product by removing the product from your price lists.
To remove products from a price list, the price list must first be opened for editing.
- In your account, go to Selling.
- Click Price Lists.
- Click the name of the price list you would like to edit.
This will open the price list for editing.
Removing a whole sub-category of products:
- Click on the overall product Category that contains the product. (i.e. Prints, Greeting Cards, Home Decor, etc.)
- Click on the X to the right of the product sub-category to remove it. Repeat for all that you want to remove.
You can also choose to remove just some specific product sizes while leaving others. For example, you can choose to offer 5X7 8X10, 10X14 prints but choose not to offer 4X6 prints.
Removing individual product sizes:
- Click on the overall product Category that contains the product. This will expand the selection.
- Locate the sub-category where the individual products are located. Click on this to expand.
- Click on the X to the right of the specific product size to remove it. Repeat for all product sizes that you want to remove.
- You can also uncheck the box next to specific paper types that you do not want to offer for sale.
After editing the price list, click Save to apply your changes. Or click Save and Assign to save the price list and assign it to your galleries.
