How to Request your Profits

This feature is exclusive to the Pro and Advanced plan subscribers.

Upon completion of a vendor-fulfilled or digital sale through Zenfolio, the profit generated from the sale is credited to your Zenfolio account. You may request a payout for these funds at any time. Payouts can be requested for the entire amount or any specified lesser amount, which can be deposited directly into a checking or savings account (ACH) or transferred to your PayPal account.

Additionally, you have the option to utilize your profits for ordering photo products, renewing your subscription, gifting a subscription to another individual, or receiving the funds directly. Zenfolio reserves the right to disburse all or a portion of account balances at the conclusion of each calendar year, at its sole discretion.

Prior to the completion of an ACH (direct deposit) or PayPal transfer, Zenfolio requires all necessary payout information. This encompasses the applicability of income tax as well as your address, which is essential for the preparation of your sales and tax reports at the conclusion of the fiscal year. Payouts are exclusively issued to accounts that have been verified by Zenfolio and typically take between 2 to 5 business days to process. Should this duration elapse without receipt of your payout, we kindly request that you contact our Customer Support team.

Requesting a direct deposit payment by ACH (USD only to US banks)

At any time you can request payment by ACH (Automated Clearing House) directly to your bank checking or savings account.  ACH Payout requests typically take two to five business days to process.

ACH payout request can be made for credits in the United States Dollar (USD) currency only and the deposits can only be made to US bank accounts.

1. In your account, click Selling from the main menu.
2. In the Reports and Payouts box, click Request Payout.
3. Select Payment by ACH Direct Deposit (USD only to US banks)

   Note: If you have not yet filled out your Payout information, you will be prompted to do so before a payment can be sent to you. 

4. Enter your bank routing and account numbers in the available text fields - indicate whether this is a checking or savings account and enter the name on the account.
   Note: You must provide accurate payment information and you will be subject to a $10 fee for providing incorrect information if the payment is rejected by your receiving bank.
5. Type the amount you would like to be sent in the text field next to Amount. This is in USD only.
6. Click Continue. A confirmation page will load.

On the next page, review the payout details then click Request Payment.


Payouts are only issued to accounts that have been verified by Zenfolio and generally take 2-5 business days to process. If that amount of time has elapsed and you have not received your payout, please contact our Customer Support team. 
 

 

Requesting a PayPal payment

The profits you earn can be sent to you at any time as PayPal transfers. There are no fees for payments sent through PayPal from Zenfolio, nor from PayPal. 

Please note that Paypal payouts usually occur within two to five business days.

1. In your account, click Selling from the main menu.
2. In the Reports and Payouts box, click Payout Request.
3. Under Payout Method, select Payment via PayPal.

   Note: If you have not yet filled out your Payout information you will be prompted to do so before a payment can be sent to you. No fees will be applied by either Zenfolio or PayPal for this payment.

4. Next to Email address enter the email address referenced by your PayPal account. 
5. Type the amount you would like to be sent in the text field next to Amount.
6. Click Continue. A confirmation page will load.

On the next page, review the payout details then click Request Payment.
