A photo, gallery, group or collection can be moved into a group or from one group to another group at any time without breaking any links. If at any time you decide to organize your galleries and groups differently, you can make changes without breaking any external links.
There are a couple of ways to move a gallery, group or collection:

Moving any Gallery, Group or Collection in the Organizer
- In the Organizer, you can click on a gallery, group or collection or hover your mouse over one and click on the down-pointing arrow on the right. The Organizer Drop-Down Menu will open.
- Select Move from the menu. A popup window will open with the tree of all your groups.
- Navigate the tree and select the destination group. You can also select All Photographs if you would like to move the gallery, group or collection to the All Photographs level.
- Click Move to confirm or Cancel if you change your mind.
Moving a Gallery, Group or Collection Displayed in the Main Area
- In the Organizer, select the group that contains the gallery, group or collection you would like to move. Select the the item in the main window.
- Either select Move from the menu above the main area or hover your mouse over the highlighted thumbnail, click on the icon with the down-pointing arrow and choose Move.
A popup window will open with a tree list of all your galleries and groups. - Choose the Group you want to move the item into.
- Click Move to confirm or Cancel if you change your mind.
Move a Gallery or Group
- Make sure that you're in the Photos page.
- Click on the gallery or group that you would like to move. A blue menu arrow will appear to the right of the item. Click on that arrow and a menu will appear.
- Click on Move in that menu.
- Click on the group to which you would like to move the selected group or gallery.
- Click Move to move the item.
