This guide covers how to find details on orders that you, the photographer, has placed through your own account. To find orders placed by clients, please review your Sales Reports.
Your complete order history is available to review on Your Orders page.
Viewing Order Details
- In your account, click Selling from the main menu.
- Click on the box in the top left corner.
- From the left sidebar click on Orders placed by the photographer.
- Click Details on the far right of the order you are interested in.

A new page will load listing all of the order details including:
- Order number
- Order date
- Items ordered
- Tracking number
- Order total
- Receipt button
- Re-order button
Receipts and Reordering
If you need a receipt for past orders or you wish to reorder a previous order, you can do this at any time from the Order Details page:
- To view and print a receipt press the Receipt button.
- To place an order again, press the Reorder button. This will add the items from this previous order back into your cart to place a new order.
