There are a few items in your account that can be duplicated automatically using built-in tools. Here is a list of all of the items that can be duplicated in your account. Please click on the link to go directly to the desired section.

How to Duplicate a Photo
Original Photos Page: How to Duplicate a Photo
To create a duplicate of a photo, you can use the Copy function to make a copy of the photo.
The Copy function can be found in the Photos page of your Dashboard by opening the gallery that contains the image. See the steps below after opening the gallery in the Photos page of your Dashboard.
- In the Main Area, click to select the thumbnail of the photograph you would like to copy.
- Click on Photo Actions in the bar above the thumbnails. A drop-down menu will appear.
- Choose Copy from a list of options. A pop-up window will open with a tree list of all your galleries and groups.
- Navigate the tree and select the gallery into which you would like the copy to be created.
- Click Copy to confirm and save your changes.
Note: The above steps can be applied to multiple selected items as one operation. Hold the Control key (Command key on a Mac) on your keyboard while clicking on thumbnails to highlight multiple thumbnails at once.
New Photos Page: How to Duplicate a Photo
To create a duplicate of a photo, you can use the Copy function to make a copy of the photo.

- In the Photos section of your account, select the Gallery from the Organizer column on the left that contains the photo you want to copy
- Select the thumbnail of the photograph you would like to copy.
- Click on Actions above the thumbnails. A drop-down menu will appear.
- Choose Copy from a list of options. A pop-up window will open with a tree list of all your galleries and groups.
- Navigate the tree and select the gallery into which you would like the copy to be created.
- Click Copy to confirm and save your changes.

How to Duplicate a Gallery
Original Photos Page: How to Duplicate a Gallery
To duplicate an entire gallery, first create a new empty gallery. You can give the gallery the same title as the original gallery, if desired.

After creating the new empty gallery, go to the Photos page of your account. Open the gallery that you would like to copy.
- Click on Select: All in the bar below the thumbnails to select all of the images.
- Click on Photo Actions in the bar above the thumbnails. A drop-down menu will appear.
- Choose Copy from a list of options. A pop-up window will open with a tree list of all your galleries and groups.
- Look for the newly created gallery and select it.
- Click Copy to copy the photos to that new gallery.
After copying all of the photos to the new gallery, you may need to manually add the caption and keywords from the original gallery to the new gallery.

New Photos Page: How to Duplicate a Gallery

How to Duplicate a Watermark
Please note that the built in watermarking feature is available exclusively for Pro and Advanced plan subscribers.
To duplicate a watermark, go to the the Watermarks page in your Dashboard.
Look for the watermark that you wish to duplicate and click on Duplicate in the bar above the watermarks.
How to Duplicate a Price List
Please note that the ability to create price lists and sell products is available exclusively for Pro and Advanced plan subscribers.
To create a duplicate of a price list, go to your Price Lists page in the Selling page of your Dashboard.
Look for the price list that you wish to duplicate and click on Duplicate to the right of the price list.
This will create a new price list that contains the exact same products and prices as the original price list. Make sure to click Save when viewing the new price list to finish creating the duplicate price list.
How to Duplicate a Digital Download product
Please note that the ability to sell products is available exclusively for Pro and Advanced plan subscribers.
To create a duplicate of a Digital Download product, go to your Digital Download products page in the Selling page of your Dashboard.
Look for the Digital Download product that you wish to duplicate and click on Duplicate to the right of the product.
This will create a new Digital Download product with the same title and parameters as the original product. Edit the title of the new product as it will not be possible to save the new product using the same title as the original product.
Make sure to click Save after editing the title to finish creating the duplicate Digital Download product.
How to Duplicate a Self-Fulfilled product
Please note that the ability to sell products is available exclusively for Pro and Advanced plan subscribers.
To create a duplicate of a Self-Fulfilled product, go to your Self-Fulfilled products page in the Selling page of your Dashboard.
Look for the Self-Fulfilled product that you wish to duplicate and click on Duplicate to the right of the product.
This will create a new Self-Fulfilled product with the same title and parameters as the original product. Edit the title of the new product as it will not be possible to save the new product using the same title as the original product.
Make sure to click Save after editing the title to finish creating the duplicate Self-Fulfilled product.
How to Duplicate a Coupon
Please note that the ability to create coupons and sell products is available exclusively for Pro and Advanced plan subscribers.
To create a duplicate of a coupon, go to your Coupons page in the Selling page of your Dashboard.
Look for the coupon that you wish to duplicate and click on Duplicate to the right of the coupon.
This will create a new coupon with the same title and parameters as the original coupon. Edit the title of the new coupon and the new coupon code as it will not be possible to save the new coupon using the same title and code as the original coupon.
Make sure to click Save after editing the title to finish creating the duplicate coupon.
How to Duplicate a Blog Post
To create a duplicate of a blog post, go to your Blog Posts page in the Website page of your Dashboard.
Look for the blog post that you wish to duplicate and click on Duplicate to the right of the blog post.
This will create a new blog post with the same title and contents as the original blog post. Edit the new blog post as needed.
Make sure to click Save to save the new blog post or click Publish Now to display the new blog post in your blog.
How to Duplicate a Sent Email
To create a duplicate of an email that you've already sent, go to your Email History page in the Communications page of your Dashboard.
Look for the sent email that you wish to resend and hover the mouse pointer over that email.
Click on the Duplicate icon to the right of the email.
This will open a new Compose Email window for a new email. That new email will have the To field automatically filled with the email addresses of recipients of the original email. The body of the email will also be automatically filled with the contents of the original email.
Review the new email and edit the email addresses in the To field and edit the body of the email as needed before sending the email.
