Once Blog comments have been made, you will receive an email to inform you of the comment. Any Blog comment entry may also be found and moderated in the Dashboard.
To moderate Blog comments, you'll need to go to your Guestbook & Comments page.
That is accessed in your account by hovering the mouse pointer over Communications then clicking on Guestbook & Comments.
Filtering Blog Comments
- From the dropdown menu, select Blog Comments.
- The search box allows searching for text from any comments left by visitors.
Approving Blog Comments
- From the second dropdown menu, select Blog Comments.
- From the first dropdown menu, select Needs Approval to view only the comments that require approval.
- Click Approve to approve the comment or Delete to remove.
You also have the option to select all comments listed and approve or delete them as a group.
Moderating Blog Comments
- From the second dropdown menu, select Blog Comments.
- Click Make Private or Make Public. You also have the option to Delete.
- The option is provided to select all Blog comments listed and set them to private, public, or delete them in one action. Check the box to select all of the displayed comments.
