The Personal Information page allows you to enter your personal details, such as your first and last name, company name, and address.
Your personal information and address are used exclusively by Zenfolio staff and will not be shared with any third parties, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please ensure that your information is kept up to date so that Zenfolio can contact you if necessary regarding your account. It is also recommended to provide an alternate email address in the event that Zenfolio is unable to reach you through your primary email address.
You may use the Company field to specify your business name, which will also appear on your subscription payment receipts.
This page also allows you to change your User Name if desired. The User Name can be used to log in to your account and also constitutes the first part of your website’s default web address, for example, username.zenfolio.com.
Please note that if you change your User Name, any previously distributed links using your default Zenfolio website address will no longer function.
Be sure to click the Save button after making any changes.
Important Note: We strongly recommend providing an alternate email address. This enables us to contact you should any issues arise with your primary email. Additionally, the alternate email may be used to verify your identity if you lose access to your account or your primary email address.
