The Pinterest button is not set to show by default and this button can only be added to a Photo page.

Click on the image that matches your view for instructions specific to your interface.
Original Photos Page: Add the Pin It Button to a Photo Page
- In the Dashboard, go to Photos.
- In the Organizer, navigate the Gallery containing the Photo pages you would like to customize.
- Hover the mouse pointer over Preview, then click Customize.
If you are already in the Website View, move your mouse over the Edit button at the top of the visitor page. A menu will open with a list of items. Click on Page to go to the customize view of the current page you're on.
The page will refresh with a new customization menu at the top, confirming that you are in the customization mode.
- Click on Gallery Thumbnails in the top left corner then choose Gallery Photos from the menu that appears
- Go to Options. A popup window will open.
- Uncheck Use Default Settings For Layout, Theme, and Options if necessary.
- Go to the Page Elements tab if necessary.
- Set the Pin It Button to Show.
- Click Apply to confirm and apply the selection. The page will refresh with the new layout applied.
- Click Publish to save your changes and exit this mode.
You may also want to Save as Default if you would like the Pin it Button to also be displayed in your other Photo Pages that have Default Settings applied.

- In your account, go to Photos.
- Navigate to the desired Gallery under the Organizer.
- Click on Preview.
- In the Customize view, click on Edit
- Then choose Page from the dropdown menu that appears
