Zenfolio maintains partnerships with print labs around the world in order to integrate their products into the Zenfolio system. This allows the photographer to offer their products for sale to their clients through their site. When ordered, the system handles the order and payment collection, while the lab handles the order fulfillment. The order is then shipped directly to the client by the lab.

Steps for Selling Partner Vendor Fulfilled products
Here are the general steps you will need to follow to start selling Partner Vendor Fulfilled products through your site. Click on the link in each step for more details about that particular procedure.
- Create a Price List.
- Add Vendor Fulfilled Products to the Price List.
- Set the Prices for those products.
- Assign the Price List to your galleries.
- Offering PayPal as a payment option.
After the above steps, make sure to fill out the Payout Profile info. This is where you set how you would like to receive your profits.

List of Vendor Products
Zenfolio works with multiple vendor partners, such as Mpix, MpixPro powered by Miller's Lab, Pikto and fotoflōt to fulfill your customer needs. Customer Service is always available for ordering questions and issues and many vendors offer 30 day money back guarantees.
By selecting a specific vendor from Vendor Products, you can get detailed information on lab specifics from ICC profiles to a product list.
- In your account, click Selling from the main menu.
- Click on Products from integrated vendors.
- Click on the lab whose products you would like to see.
- Scroll down to the Products section.
- Click More to expand and view the entire list of products.
Vendor Preferences to hide vendor names
Vendor Preferences gives you the ability to hide vendor names from most products. If you choose this preference, vendor names will be removed from the add to cart window, cart checkout process, order-related e-mails, order packaging, and box return label. This will remove the vendor names for those products which branding may be removed however there may be some products in which the vendor branding is not removable.
- In your account, hover your mouse pointer over your username from the top menu.
- Click on Account from the dropdown menu
- Click Selling from the menu on the left.
- Click Vendor Preferences from the menu on the left.
- Check Hide vendor information from your visitors. Repeat this for all vendors as necessary.
- Click Save to approve your changes.
Note: some vendors may still display their information on the product packing and instructions.
Vendor Preferences to include backprinting on Mpix prints
Mpix, MpixPro powered by Miller's Lab, and Miller's allow printing on the back of their photographs. With this backprinting option, you can place custom text on the reverse side of the prints. This text will be printed on the back of all E-Surface Color Paper prints (except for the wallets, which are too small) and any metallic paper prints sized 8x10 and smaller.
- In your account, hover your mouse pointer over your username in the top menu
- Click on Account from the dropdown menu
- Go to Selling using the menu on the left.
- Click Vendor Preferences. A page will load with your Vendor Preferences.
- Choose your option from the Print on the back dropdown list and add any further information that might be necessary. Choices include: Date and Time Photo Taken, File Name, Date Taken and File Name, Photo Title, Photo Copyright, Date Taken and Custom Text, Custom Text.
- Click Save to approve your changes.

There is a commerce fee of 7% per order (calculated on the order sub-total, excluding tax and shipping) and an additional payment processing fee* (calculated on the order total, including tax and shipping).
