Reschedule Bookings
Cancel Bookings

Send booking invoices.
Upcoming Bookings
Upcoming Bookings are bookings that you have accepted, either by manually accepting a booking reservation or allowing clients to book a session with automatic acceptance.
When viewing your upcoming bookings, you will be able to review details about your upcoming session, as well as cancel the booking and issue refunds, if necessary.
Previous Bookings
Previous Bookings are bookings that have occurred in the past. Here it is easy to reference your previous clients all in one place and review specific details, as desired.
Pending Bookings
Pending Bookings are bookings that have been booked with reservation. When a booking is booked with a reservation, the client will not be charged until you manually accept the booking.
To accept the booking, simply click “Approve” on the specific booking. You’ll also have the option to add a custom message to send to your client. Once you accept the booking, the booking details will be added to your connected Google Calendar and the booking will be placed in your Upcoming Bookings
To decline a booking, simply click “Decline” on the specific booking. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to send a custom message to your client.
Cancelled Bookings
Cancelled bookings will remain in your booking history but will appear in the Cancelled Bookings tab. When you cancel a booking, the client will receive a confirmation and the time slot in which you canceled the booking will then become available for other bookings.
Rescheduling Bookings
Things don't always go according to plan, and there may be times when a booking needs to be rescheduled. Whether it be due to bad weather, illness, or just needing to push a booking back a few days, this can be done directly in your account.
When viewing your upcoming bookings, you will be able to click on Reschedule. You'll then set the new start and end date/time for the booking. You can also leave a note for the client that will appear in the email regarding the rescheduling, if you choose to send the client an email.
Send Booking Invoice
After receiving a booking, there may be times where additional services are requested and need to be added to the existing booking for an additional cost.
When viewing your upcoming bookings, select a specific booking and click on the Billing button. You can then create a new invoice and send this to the client for payment.
Cancelling an Upcoming Booking
To cancel an upcoming booking, simply choose “Cancel Booking” on the selected booking to begin the cancellation process. Please note that cancelling a booking does not result in an automatic refund.
Refunding a Booking
To issue a refund for a booking, choose “Billing.” Then select the service you wish to refund and select “Refund” from the drop down menu.
You will be able to issue a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances. Your client will be refunded within 3-5 business days, but please note that depending on the client’s credit card company, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to process.
