These Miller's lab options are available for products being sold and shipped within the US only.
Offering Miller's Products
Products integrated into Zenfolio, from the Miller's labs, will be automatically available to anyone subscribed to the Advanced plan. Any subscriptions under the Advanced plan (Starter, Pro, and any of our older Legacy plans) will not have access to Miller's products. A list of the plans and their difference are displayed HERE.
If you have one of the plans that do not include Miller's products, you will need to first upgrade to the Advanced plan. See this link for how to upgrade to a higher plan.
After upgrading to the Advanced plan, the available Miller's lab options will become immediately available in your account so that you can add those products to your Price List. See this guide for more information about adding products to your Price Lists.
Miller's Account Required?
While a Miller's account is not required to offer their integrated products through your Advanced plan Price Lists, you can connect your Miller's account to your Zenfolio account. Connecting the two accounts, with a studio logo provided to Miller's, will allow them to print applicable products with your provided logo. Visit the Vendor Preferences page in your Zenfolio account to indicate whether you want your studio logo included on products or not.
Note: Connecting a Miller's account to your Zenfolio account will not provide access to any additional Miller's products.
To connect your existing Miller's account, please contact Zenfolio support and send us your Miller's account number. Your Miller's account number is what is used to log into your Miller's account, and would have been provided to you in the first confirmation email after signing up with Miller's.
If you're having trouble locating your Miller's account number, or you're unable to log into your account, please contact Miller's directly so that they may assist with obtaining your account number.
Note: Miller's will not have any ability to connect your Miller's account to your Zenfolio account, you must contact our support team to do this.
Once we receive the Miller's account number from you, we will need to take steps on our end to confirm and verify the account with Miller's. After it has been verified, the Miller's account number will be added to your Zenfolio account.
Creating a Miller's Account
Again, a Miller's account is not required to offer the integrated products through Zenfolio. However, having a Miller's account, and uploading your studio logo through that account, will allow Miller's to use your logo on applicable products.
