Zenfolio sends friendly emails related to your account as well as service announcements. You may also receive email notifications when a visitor leaves a photo comment or a guestbook entry.
Please note that this is not the same as a general use email inbox such as gmail, Yahoo mail or Hotmail. This does not provide an email inbox for receiving emails.
Also this does not provide a custom email address based on your custom domain. For such an email address and service, you will need to contact a domain registrar or host.
Email notifications include:
- Email me about new features and Zenfolio service-related announcements
- Email me Zenfolio newsletter including marketing promotions
- Email me notifications of scheduled maintenance that may result in service interruptions of longer than 120 minutes
- Email me when new comments or guestbook entries are posted: immediately, daily or weekly
- Email me when visitors submit sign in information
- Email me when visitors register for a new Client Account
- Email me when customers download their digital orders
You can edit your email preferences at any time.
Editing Email Preferences
- In your account, hover your mouse pointer over your user name
- Click on Account from the dropdown menu. The Account Information page will open.
- Select Email Notifications on the left side of the page.
- Check or Uncheck the notifications you would like to receive.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
