Note: BookMe is available as an add-on service to existing US Zenfolio accounts only. To access the BookMe feature, please subscribe to the BookMe service by visiting your Account Page.
BookMe is a service offered by Zenfolio that allows you to easily accept bookings directly from your website. With BookMe, you can create services and packages, each with their unique duration, price, and location. Your clients will be able to book and pay for services with ease, allowing you to simplify your workflow and get back to doing what you love - taking photos.

Setting up Your BookMe Profile
Once you add the BookMe add-on, follow these steps to set up your profile
1. Navigate to the Selling section of your account and click on the BookMe tab.
2. You'll be taken to the Welcome tab where you'll be presented with 3 steps for setting up BookMe
3. Click on Complete Your Profile, and then on Enter a Primary Location address to begin. This step can also be accessed by clicking on Profile from the options on the left side.
Note: This address will only appear when a client books a session that takes place at your location. Your primary shoot location address will also be used as the center point for your travel radius when a client books an on location session.
Once you've set your Primary Shoot Location, click on Save Changes and you will automatically be taken to the next page. Or you can click on the next page in the tabs in the center area of your screen.
3. In the My Availability tab, sync your Google Calendar and set default Global Bookable Hours
4. In the Contact Information tab, add your contact information
5. In the Collecting Payments tab, connect your Stripe account to accept payments
Create Your Services
Once your profile has been created, go back to the Welcome tab on the left and begin to Create a Service, or choose the Services option on the left side of the page and click "Create a Service".
There will be some pre-created services available here as well if you wanted to use those. You'll just need to edit the service and then make sure to Enable the service.
1. You'll need to choose the Shoot Type, Service Name, as well as add additional details such as pricing, deposits & invoicing, service availability, and photoshoot location.
2. Add up to 4 service details to include more information about what is included with the service. Also choose if the client can provide additional information and require booking approval, if desired.
Note: The Booking Approval Option allows you to approve or decline the booking prior to charging the client's credit card.
3. Once you are satisfied with your service, click Save and repeat these steps to add additional services.
Customize BookMe
Once you have created your BookMe services, you can customize BookMe to match the look and feel of your site by choosing the Customize tab.
In the Design tab, use the Color Picker to choose an accent color for your booking button and accent color.
On the right side of the screen, you’ll be able to see a preview of what your selection will look like. Once you are satisfied with your color selection, click save!
In the Button tab, choose the placement of your BookMe button to control where it appears on your page.
Based on your selection, your BookMe button will appear on the bottom left, middle, or right of your website.
Once you have made your selection, click Save!
Add BookMe to Your Website
Let the bookings roll in! Once you have created your services, add BookMe to your website by clicking on the Activation tab. You can also look at the Welcome tab to make sure all the steps are checked off, before moving to the Activation tab.
Once all setup has been complete for BookMe, go to the Activation tab and Enable BookMe. This will automatically add BookMe to your homepage
To add BookMe to additional pages on your site, you will need to go into the Customize view and enable this option for the pages you want it to appear on.
1. Hover your mouse pointer over the Website button and click on Customize Website
2. From your site menu, navigate to the page you’d like to add BookMe to
3. Choose Options to edit your Page Options
4. Uncheck the option to “Use Default Settings For Layout, Theme, and Options,” if necessary
5. Go to BookMe Activation and choose to Enable.
6. Then click Apply.
7. Repeat these steps to add to additional pages on your site. Publish the site once you're ready for these changes to appear on your live website.
Note: If you’d like to add BookMe to all similar page types that are set to use the default setting, make sure you click SAVE AS DEFAULT to apply this change as your default setting. For additional information on setting your default settings, click HERE
Modifying Service Availability
You can modify the availability of a service at any time, and set custom availability that is different than your Global Bookable Hours.
1. Within your Zenfolio account, hover your mouse pointer over the Selling button.
2. Click on the BookMe option from the dropdown.
3. Select Services from the left side of the page.
4. From here, you can either Create a Service or Edit an existing service. Select which option works for your current needs.
5. After creating a new service or editing an existing one, scroll down to the Service Availability section and click on Modify Availability
6. Choose Set custom availability. You can now set custom times for each day of the week, specific for this service. You can also set up a specific timeframe for this service to be available for booking.
7. Once you set up your available times, click on Save to save the changes to the availability
8. If there are no other changes needed for the service, click on Save to save the changes to the service. These changes will go into effect immediately if the service is enabled.
View and Manage Your Bookings
With BookMe, you can view all of your upcoming and previous bookings by clicking My Bookings in the menu on the left.
On this page, you’ll be able to view all of the details of your upcoming bookings such as client name, phone number, email address, and the address of where your session will take place. You will also be able to see payment details, cancel the booking, or perform full & partial refunds.

Deactivating BookMe
Going away on vacation? No worries! If you’d like to temporarily disable BookMe on your website, navigate to the Activation tab and toggle the button to disable BookMe sitewide. Once you are ready to start accepting bookings again, simply toggle the button to “enabled” and the BookMe button will reappear on your homepage, as well as an other pages you've previously enabled BookMe on.
Please note that this option will only deactivate BookMe from public viewing. If you would like to cancel your BookMe subscription, please contact our support team HERE.
You can disable specific Service by going to the Services tab and disabling a specific Service.
